Design Features
- Horizontal configuration with bearings on both sides
- Closed impeller design with diffusors reduces radial loads and minimizes the shaft loads and shaft deflection
- Thrust balancing by balancing drum, and pressure balancing at the discharge side shaft seal for increased life time of bearings and shaft seals
- Pump casing with integral casted feet, ridgid design for transmission of pipeloads to the foundation without deformation
- Branch directions: Suction flange left viewed from the driver, discharge flange radially upwards as standard, optional other 90° increments possible
- Drive end (discharge side) pair of angular contact bearings as thrust bearing. Suction side ball bearing as floating bearing. Oil lubrication standard
- Thermal expansion of the pump rotor will be balanced internally without affecting the shaft alignment
- Shaft sealing stuffing box or balanced mechanical seals acc. DIN 24960
- Driver standard at discharge side. Rotation clockwise viewed from driver, optional suction side driver, rotation anticlockwise viewed from driver
- Maintenance friendly design, bearings and shaft seals are maintainable without pump disassembly
